Mexica magazine Recordad es Vivir Volume One 2024
I decided to create a magazine with my In Design, Photoshop and Adobe Express skills for my Xicano/Latinx final. It was an ambitious undertaking and I was attempting to pay homage to the Latin magazines and newspapers of the 1960s and 70s civil rights movements.
I garnered rave reviews from my professor and my peers alike.

UX/UI Certification
In 2020 , I took a 9 month intensive course and received certification in UX/UI design. I have experience managing retail settings and this makes creating a digital user journey and designing for humans appealing to me. I created a Beauty app and redesigned a Benefit Cosmetics responsive website.

PROJECT YOUR VOTE -Production Design
2022-present
In my role as a production designer, I played a key role in bringing the project to life. I was responsible for shaping the visual aspects and overall look of the production.
The key aspects I handled was talent scouting, styling, makeup direction and social media management. Having a background in theatre rehearsal and production and serving as the key make up and costume designer in productions for Laney College, coupled with my management skills makes me a well rounded production manager.

I launched my own gel nail polish line called Feloved Nail Art in 2022, catering to the needs of nail artists. As a solo entrepreneur, I manage all aspects of the business, from designing and branding to creating content and managing social media.

Femme Deadly Venoms- Creative Collaborations
I have collaborated with Aima the Dreamer, a talented artist and performer. I worked as her Makeup Artist (MUA) for a video and also created looks for her Soul Lovely parties in the Bay Area. These looks were showcased on YouTube and her social media channels. I love to be a part of creative projects and have been styling clothing and doing makeup professionally since 1998.
